The Department of Carabinieri Troops celebrates 27 years since its founding
A credible, solid and professional institution whose role is increasingly suited to the demands of the current society of public security and respect for the benefit of citizens. This is how the activity of the Carabinieri Troop Department was appreciated today, while celebrating the 27th anniversary of its foundation, TV Moldova 1 reports.
The leadership sent to the military congratulatory messages and thanksgiving for their effort and dedication in the most difficult situations.
"I congratulate you on this anniversary and wish you worldly things. Health for you, health for your families and of course I want to thank you for everything you do every day," said Minister of Internal Affairs, Alexandru Jizdan.
"In the 27 years of institutional existence, carabineers have gone through a stage marked by many difficulties and many achievements, presenting themselves today as a credible, solid and professional institution, whose role is more and more adapted to the requirements of the current society of public safety, balance, normality and respect for the benefit of the citizens," said Colonel Mihail Ciubaciuc.
Several young people newly contracted in Carabinean troops have had an unusual surprise - they have received the keys from the new rooms in the newly renovated hostel and inaugurated today at the festivity.
"The most interesting thing about carabiniers is public order, which is our duty to do and maintain it. Desire to have and like it," says a carabineer.
"I have chosen this job since I was a military man in the run, when I was a soldier in the carabineer troops here in the unit. I decided to go out on contract, to work with bigger officers and so on," another carabineer said.
The ceremony culminated with the scroll of subunits within the department, accompanied by the Model orchestra.
Carabineer troops from the Republic of Moldova were founded on December 12, 1991 with the mission to ensure the public order, the guard and defense of some objectives, as well as to participate in the liquidation of the consequences of the damages or exceptional situations.
