Notary to loosen of the marriage with the consent of the spouses
The procedure of loosening of the marriage by the notary with the consent of the spouses can be practiced starting with tomorrow, March 1, when the new Law on the divorce procedure enters into force, Radio Moldova reports.
The notary and the PhD Daniela Ţurcan, said that the request for loosening of the marriage with the consent of the spouses can be submitted to any notary based on the common agreement of the spouses and in the presence of both spouses.
They will declare the notary on their own responsibility of the existence of juvenile children, after which they will be granted a 30-day term for the eventual withdrawal of the request of loosening of the marriage.
The document on loosening of the marriage is issued in five copies and produces the legal effect of the divorce act. The procedure of loosening of the marriage by the spouse with the consent of the spouses was set in order to diminish the burden of courts and civil status bodies in this area.
