"Franzeluţa" has a new interim leadership
The "Franzeluţa" Bakery has a new interim general manager. According to the Public Property Agency, it is about Victor Matcov, who previously held the position of factory manager, director of the Purchasing Department, but also of the head of the Sales Department.
The new interim director was introduced to the team by Eugeniu Cozonac, director of the Public Property Agency.
"I think it's a change for the better. You work in a competitive field, which is constantly changing, so new ideas and plans are absolutely necessary. I urge you to see this change as an opportunity to move in a new direction. You also have the challenge of dealing with certain market conditions. I want to know that you, the employees, work with pleasure and that what you do has a positive impact on you, but also on the generations to come," specified Eugeniu Cozonac.
Former CEO of S.A. The "Franzeluţa" Bakery Boris Andros has announced his resignation from the position he has held since 2016 until now.
S.A. "Franzeluţa" is the largest producer in the bakery industry in the Republic of Moldova and has 1,500 employees.
