Over 2,400 refugee children from Ukraine attend schools and kindergartens in the Republic of Moldova
Over 2,400 refugee children from Ukraine attend schools and kindergartens in our country. According to the Ministry of Education and Research, 1782 students were enrolled in 226 general education institutions.
Of these, 625 children attend primary school, and another 505 are in secondary school. Of the total number of institutionalized students, 996 study in Russian, and 160 in Romanian.
Also, 626 children are enrolled in over 212 preschool education institutions.
