May 9 - Europe Day was included in the Labor Code
May 9 - Europe Day was included in the Labor Code. The legislative amendment was published today in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, Radio Moldova News quoted Moldpres.
The decree of promulgation of the document was signed by Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu after the head of state, Igor Dodon, was suspended, as he repeatedly refused to promulgate the legislative amendment repeatedly voted by parliament.
The decision to suspend was taken by the magistrates of the Constitutional Court "in order to avoid a possible institutional blockade".
