Moldovan rower Mihai Culcea climbs the podium again. He won the bronze medal at the World Junior Championships
Moldovan rower Mihai Culceac wreaks havoc at the Junior World Championships in Hungary. The Balti athlete won his third bronze medal at the competition held near the Hungarian town of Szeged, Moldova 1 reports.
This time, Culceac ranked third in the singles event over the distance of 500 meters. Earlier, our compatriot won a bronze medal each in the singles and doubles events at the distance of 1,000 meters.
The Republic of Moldova is represented at the tournaments in Hungary by 9 rowers.
