Government extends the limit for the sale of wood from 3 to 5 sterile meters
The commercialization limit of wood mass per household has been extended from 3 to 5 sterile meters, which will be able to be purchased in two installments. A decision in this regard was taken during the meeting of the Commission for Exceptional Situations (CSE), chaired by Natalia Gavriliţa.
The CSE members also decided that the provisional identity cards, requested through the diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Moldova, will be issued without payment of consular fees and related expenses.
In the context of the temporary liberalization of the road transport of goods between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, the unused international road transport authorizations, issued between 01.04.2022 and 30.06.2022, will be able to be returned by carriers, without the application of sanctions.
Also, until September 30, 2022, the validity period of the Environmental Authorization regarding waste management and the Authorization for the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere from fixed sources, issued for the SATD "Uzina Metalurgica Moldoveneasca", was extended.
Also, CSE members repealed some provisions of the Provision of May 18, 2022, according to which VAT on the export and re-export of deodorized sunflower oil, including from the Free Economic Zone and the Giurgiulesti Free International Port, will be made without the right of deduction.
