Psychologist at Radio Moldova: I recommend people to avoid panic attacks

The war in Ukraine is a matter of concern for its citizens and their state of mind. Some people try to get over anxiety by disconnecting from the news and spending more time with their beloved and others turn to specialists for support, Radio Moldova reports.

Some people say that a good way to get rid of stress is to spend time at work and with your family.

"I go to work and stay home with my grandchildren";

"It is very important to inform ourselves from reliable sources, in addition to this, there is also the support of the family, dear people together";

"I try not to think about it much, I'm stressed," people say.

Psychologist Svetlana Gorea advises people not to panic and to control their emotions in these difficult times.

" We need to be careful and to keep up to date with the official news. Let's try to support those around us so that they don't panic, let's not forget that we are  models for them. Let's try to change the way of life, let's motivate ourselves and make those positive emotions a way of life ", mentioned Svetlana Gorea.

We remind that specialists recommend for people who feel emotionally and physically affected by the events in Ukraine for a longer time, to consult a doctor.
