Ion Chicu says when economic activities could be resumed

If by April 26, we will not exceed the number of three thousand people infected with Covid-19, then most of the economic activities, including the HoReCa sector, will be resumed on April 27. The statement was made by Prime Minister Ion Chicu, on a socialization page.

"For this, we have to respect even more strictly in these 2 weeks the sanitary-epidemiological rules. Going to church during this period of Easter holidays is restricted, including for the blessing of Easter gifts. If we do not strictly follow these rules, we will stay at home for a long time”, wrote the prime minister.

During the meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations on April 13, it was decided to extend the holiday period for self-managed public institutions/authorities . They will stay at home on April 21-24. Exceptions are the employees of the medical sector, the emergency, public order insurance. Education staff will continue the distance learning process.
