First 200 farmers in our country have received subsidies for last year

The top 200 farmers in our country have received subsidies for last year. And by the end of February, the sum of nearly 364 million lei will be transferred to the accounts of more than 2,600 farmers, the TV Moldova 1 reports.

The insurance comes from the Intervention and Payment Agency for Agriculture. For the year 2018, over 7,400 subsidy dossiers have been submitted.

For the year 2019, the National Fund for Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas envisaged a budget of 900 million lei, out of which almost 400 thousand are redirected for the payment of subsidies.
