The tragedy in the Colectiv club in Bucharest, 7 years ago
Seven years have passed since the tragedy occurred in the Colectiv club in Romania. In all, 64 young people died as a result of the fire that broke out due to some fireworks, which quickly spread during a concert, informs Moldova 1 TV.
There were over 300 young people in the club, and subsequent investigations determined that safety rules were not followed.
A religious service in memory of the victims of the fire was organized on Sunday, October 30, by the Archdiocese of Bucharest, at the Church of Saint Nicholas - Broşteni. Several people also organized a manifesto in which they carried the portraits of the victims.
