President Maia Sandu had a meeting in Brussels with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Alexander De Croo. The two officials discussed security developments in the region and the European agenda of the Republic of Moldova.
The head of state appreciated the investigation of the bilateral dialogue, which, according to her, is the benefit of citizens of both countries.
"Moldova wants to advance towards European integration, and for that it needs the support of Member States. Our diplomatic efforts are aimed at cultivating and strengthening this relationship," said Maia Sandu.
TRM.MD recalls that Maia Sandu is in a visit to Brussels, and today, at 15:00, she will deliver a speech in the plenary of the European Parliament and at 15:30 - a joint news conference with Roberta Metsola, President of Parliament EU.
On Thursday, May 19, President Maia Sandu will meet in Paris with Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic.
