Cahul: A community in France has donated a bus to the village of Slobozia Mare
The village of Slobozia Mare in the district of Cahul received a free bus from the Community of Communes "Terres de Saone" in France.
The donation is made under a decentralized cooperation agreement, financed by the French Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, between the town halls of Colibaşi, Slobozia Mare, Văleni and Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Cahul district, on the one hand, and the “Terres de Saone” Association/
The "Ford Transit" minibus has nine seats and will be used for community purposes, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the four villages, especially for the transportation of children, people with disabilities and pensioners.
The car was exempted from paying import duties.
