The Nistru River cliff in Soroca renovated
The Nistru River cliff near the Soroca Fortress was put into operation after it was rebuilt. The workers strengthened the protective wall of the cliff, paved and arranged the staircase leading to the Nistru River. Residents of Soroca like the new view, Mesager reports.
The mayor and some councilors from Buzau admired the December landscape of the Soroca Fortress and climbed the renovated stairs equipped with access ramps leading to the Nistru River.
The cliff is decorated in medieval style like the Soroca Fortress. Residents enjoy the new landscape.
"It is a pleasure to walk in front of the fortress. It is beautiful, comfortable and I wish them further collaboration ", said a resident from Soroca.
"More beautiful, wider. From now on, I will walk around here more often", says another resident.
The renovation works of the cliff are estimated at 140 thousands euros. Buzau municipality provided 100,000 euros to this effect.
