Office of the Russian Embassy in Chisinau, vandalized by a Russian citizen

At the headquarters of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Moldova, this night images were captured of unknown persons throwing firecrackers and fireworks over the fence. The recordings were shared by the Telegram channel Stop russian aggression.

According to the Chisinau police, on the evening of Friday, October 7, a 40-year-old man from the Russian Federation wrote graffiti on the Embassy gate - Путин убийца (Putin - killer - n.r.). He climbed the fence and set off fireworks near the diplomatic representation and hung a piece of blue and white cloth on a metal pole.

Being summoned by the carabinieri to get down from the fence, the man objected, but was later taken down and handcuffed. He was detained for 72 hours and is under criminal investigation for hooliganism.

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Chisinau has not yet commented on this incident.
